Yes. You can create and download as many receipts as you need without an account, a watermark, or card details.
Do I need an account to use it? +
No. Every receipt type is free to create and download without signing up. An account just lets you save receipts, reuse customer details, and keep your receipt numbers in sequence across sessions.
Which currencies are supported? +
The US dollar, euro, pound sterling, Indian rupee, Pakistani rupee, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal, Malaysian ringgit, Nigerian naira, South African rand, Bangladeshi taka, Canadian dollar, and more. Each amount is formatted correctly for its currency instead of just swapping the symbol.
Can I add VAT or GST instead of sales tax? +
Yes. Choose the label your country uses and set the rate, and the tool calculates the tax on your line items. There is also an optional field for a tax registration number, such as a VAT number, GSTIN, TRN, or NTN.
Is a digital receipt legally valid? +
In most countries, yes. Electronic records are generally accepted as long as they are accurate, complete, unaltered, and retrievable for the required retention period. Check with your national tax authority for the rules that apply to you.
What is the difference between a receipt and an invoice? +
An invoice requests payment and is sent before money changes hands. A receipt confirms that payment was received and is issued afterward. An invoice includes a due date, while a receipt includes the payment method.
Do you store my receipts? +
Only if you ask us to. Without an account, your receipts are generated in your browser and never reach our servers. With a free account, you can save a receipt to reopen or edit later, and it stays on our servers until you delete it. You can delete any receipt, or your entire account, at any time.
Can I add my company logo? +
Yes, even on the free version. Upload a PNG or JPG, and it appears at the top of your receipt. Your browser reads the image directly, so it is never uploaded to us.
